You can start by doing 15 repetitions and 3 2 to 3 cycles, and increase it as time goes by since if you are just starting it can be hard.
- Chest press: you will need dumbbells for this one but you can do the exercise at home. This is one of the great exercises that will develop your pecs and lift your breasts naturally. The dumbbells are pushed outward while you are lying flat on the back with your knees bent. Make sure the dumbbells that you will be using are the right weight for you since if it is too light it will not do you any good, and if it is too heavy you will not be able to complete even once cycle.
These are the most basic pecs exercise that you can do. If you do not have the time to go to the gym, you can buy a stretchable cord that is also one of the things that are available in the gym but you can use it at home as substitute for the equipment that is used in the pec fly exercise.
